Q. What is the delivery charge to Scotland?

A. Delivery to all areas of the UK is Free.

Q. How soon can I expect to receive my order?

A. We will endeavour to despatch ordrers on the day they are received but where this is not practical despatch will be made the next working day. Orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail (unless stated in the description) which usually takes 1-2 working days.

Q. Do you have a splitter that is suitable for splitting the output from my satellite dish?

A. Although it is possible to split the output of your satellite dish using one of our 5-2400 MHz splitters it will give limited results due to only being able to select one polarity at a time. For best results we recommend using a multiple output LNB.

Q. Does you satellite amplifier also work on Virgin Media Cable TV?

A. No, sorry it is only suitable for satellite signals. However, we do stock a Cable TV Amplifer which is suitable for Virgin Media Cable TV & Broadband. Please see our Cable TV category.

Q. Can you use the VHS-C tape adaptor to play Hi8 mini tapes on my VHS video player?

A. No, sorry it is only suitable for VHS-C formatted tapes.
